Late Cancellation or Postponement (less than 7 calendar days) Fees: $2,000.00

No charge for travel time.

*This rate is subject to a 4-hour minimum and for two party matters. Three or more party matters will be billed at $300.00 per hour/per side.

CANCELLATION or POSTPONEMENT POLICY – Notice of cancellation or the postponement of a scheduled mediation/arbitration must be received at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled mediation/arbitration. If notification is not received within the cancellation period, the parties will be billed their pro rata shares of the cancellation or postponement fees.

SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please click on the ‘Book Now’ button below. Once on The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) website, choose the date agreed upon by all parties. Choose ‘Morning’ or ‘Afternoon’ for half-day mediations and ‘All Day’ for full-day mediations. Be advised that half-day mediations are for 4 hours and can be scheduled as ‘Morning’ to start at 9:30 a.m. or ‘Afternoon’ to start at 1:30 pm. Full-day mediations are for 8 hours and will start at 9:30 a.m. unless requested differently. The full-days available are in light blue, and half-days available are in blue with AM or PM, respectively. If a date is grayed out, it is not available. If a cancellation occurs, the calendar will be updated to reflect this. Fill out the ‘Online Appointment Request’ form and submit it. Thank you for choosing us for your mediation needs.
