She, along with several other Stetson University College of Law alumni, were sworn in by Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., with Elena Kagan, Samuel Anthony Alito, Jr., Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony M. Kennedy, Clarence Thomas, Stephen G. Breyer, and Sonia Sotomayor in attendance. Congratulations Bertha!
