Established by Burruezo & Burruezo attorneys, Bertha and Carlos Burruezo and supported with donations from Burruezo & Burruezo, PLLC. This scholarship is awarded yearly to minority students of Hispanic or African American descent.
Pride Award:
Established by Burruezo & Burruezo attorney, Edson Abadia, Jr. and supported with donation from Burruezo & Burruezo, PLLC. This scholarship is awarded yearly to a student based on participation in extracurricular activities and service related to issues of LGBT.
Love Your Life Foundation
Monthly donations to this organization whose mission is to cultivate the mental wellness of those in need by providing funding for personal growth workshops, training, seminars, therapeutic groups, couples and family retreats, and camps. (https://lylf.org/)

Bertha Burruezo, Esq. sits on St. Petersburg College’s Foundation Board of Directors and is tasked with advancing the college’s mission and supporting students. As a Board member, Bertha contributes her expertise, passion, and resources to promote educational opportunities, scholarships, and community partnerships.
