What is the process for an employee that may have an issue?

Our intake specialists will perform an in depth intake investigation before arranging a consultation with an attorney. Once an attorney reviews the situation s/he will state an opinion as to whether it warrants further legal action.

We have an intake person, so when someone calls our office, we first screen the call through our intake specialist and she will first determine whether there is a viable case. If there is, then she will do a more in-depth what we call intake investigation. She will collect documents, we have about an eight page form that we ask questions such as how much they were making, what their title was, details about the actual allegations. She puts all that information together for me, presents it to me, and then I’ll look over everything and then she’ll set up a consult with me and the potential client and then I ask further questions if necessary and I will give my opinion and let them know whether it’s a case that we think we would want to pursue on their behalf.
