Well, there are myriad issues that come up. There’s certainly, of course, we touched upon discrimination issues, but there’s also issues of harassment, there’s issues involving non-competition agreements. Many times, for example, physicians and other high-level professionals have what’s called non-compete agreements in place, and so they need some guidance and help in assisting them through that process.
